Abstract

The presented bachelor's thesis contains an evaluation of the physical load factor for the job position of the assembly line operator and a proposal of possible measures. The first part contains basic information about the physiology of work and everything needed to understand basic information about the human body, muscular system and metabolism. This information is necessary for a deeper insight into the topic. Furthermore, this section contains a description of selected measurement methods and the possible positive and negative impact of physical activity on humans, occupational diseases, possible risks associated with this activity and the occurrence of the physical activity factor in the Czech Republic. The second part of the thesis contains a description of the assessed company, workplace, evaluation results and their comparison with hygienic limits. The last part lists possible preventive measures. The whole bachelor thesis is based on real problems from the environment of an industrial plant and contains an evaluation of the physical activity factor.
