Abstract

Title of thesis: Trade Business in czech lands Name of student: Tereza Doležalová The aim of thesis bacelor is to compare the development of trade law from 1918 to present. In the theoretical section describes the various stages of development of trade law , the most important amendment , explained what is business law, what were the conditions for obtaining a trade license. In the practical part, I compared the method of comparison of various changes in trade law . I primarily concentrated on the most important changes that positively and negatively affect the conditions for starting a new business.
