Abstract
This Bachelor thesis deals with adjusting processes in recruitment and selection of employees in Česká zbrojovka a.s. enterprise. The aim of this thesis is to suggest possible changes in these processes. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. The theorecical part deals with general methods of recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part deals with the description of the enterprise and specific methods used for recruitment and selection of employees. This part also analyses the survey which was done in Česká zbrojovka a.s.
