The aim of the diploma thesis is to prepare project documentation for the construction of the City Police Building in Ostrava within the specified scope, according to Decree 131/2024 Coll. Decree on Construction Documentation 5. The project documentation for the construction is divided into a text part, a drawing part, a thermal technical assessment of selected structures, an energy label for the building envelope and a static assessment of the ceiling structure made of SPIROLL panels.
The proposed building of the Municipal Police Building is three-storey, consisting of two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The building is partially basement. The load- bearing structural system is a combination of brick, monolithic and prefabricated structures.
