Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of the building part of the family house and the design of the condensing gas boiler and, alternatively, the heat pump. The construction part is designed with the aim to achieve the lowest possible heat loss of the building and low heating costs. In the first variant, the source of heating will be a gas condensing boiler with a built-in hot water tank and in the second variant an air-water heat pump consisting of an external heat pump unit and an indoor unit with a built-in hot water tank. In both cases, heating systems are designed to be closed with forced water circulation. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, building and technical. The building part contains the project documentation. Technical documentation includes heat source design and heating calculation. The work includes the energy label of the building envelope and the energy performance certificate of the building.
