Abstract

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is Competitiveness Evaluation of a Company Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. on the Mobile Operators Market in Czech Republic via selected methods and suggest measures. Via methods (VRIO analysis, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis) is analysed external and internal environment of a company. Benchmarking of Facebook´s pages is follows. On the basics of results, the measures are being suggested, that should aid improve position on the Mobile Operators Market.
