Abstract
The aim of the dissertation is to analyse and evaluate human resources strategy of selected companies as a part of corporate strategy. To perform an analysis process of human resources management in a manufacturing company and its subsequent evaluation, to highlight the critical points throughout the process of personnel work, including recommendations for possible ways of amelioration.
The first part describes important terms related to the planning, acquisition, selection and adaptation of staff. The second part introduces and describes the performance of a particular company, in which was analysed human resources management process. The third part deals with the current status of human resources strategy in the mentioned company, where the carried out analysis uncover shortage in the form of a lack of personnel strategy in a writing form and also higher labour turnover. Particular parts of process are described, evaluated and there are outline possible solutions how to solve issues.
