Abstract

Radio communication is one of the most used transmission media, which today is used for sharing information. This work is focused on higher frequencies, in which we build a fixed backbone connections. The task of the work is to familiarize the reader with the components used by, clarify the behavior of the transmission media and explain issues that should be taken into account before the proposal radio link. The work included personal practice and experience with the installation of connections, together with the use of the CACTI to monitor connections.
