Poskytování grantů nadacemi

Abstract

Práce se zabývá procesem poskytování grantů nadacemi s cílem posoudit, zda došlo k naplnění strategie Nadace OKD a provést rozbor grantových programů v letech 2008 – 2010. V první kapitole jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o neziskových organizacích se zaměřením na právní formu nadace. Následující kapitola je věnována Nadaci OKD, jejímž zřizovatelem je akciová společnost OKD. V rámci této kapitoly je definováno poslání Nadace OKD, její orgány, hospodaření, činnost, grantové řízení a public relations. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na analýzu grantových programů v letech 2008 – 2010.

The thesis examines the process of providing grants by foundations with the intention to clarify if the strategy of the Foundation OKD was fulfilled and to construct the analysis of the grant programs in the years 2008 – 2010. The first chapter reviews the theoretical knowledge of the non-profit organizations focusing on the legal form of foundations. The following chapter is devoted to the OKD Foundation, whose founder is a joint stock company OKD. Within this chapter the mission of the Foundation OKD, the structure, the economy, the activity, the grant procedure and the public relations are defined. The last chapter is focused on the analysis of the grant programs in the years 2008 - 2010.
