Komerční využití tenisového areálu v UH

Abstract

Veronika Kadlcikova, Commercial use of tennis complex in UH, Uherske Hradiste 2010. The topic of my bachelor work is concentrates on a tennis complex called Pokorny tennis academy, next as PTA. The aim of my work is to focuse on the possibilities of the commercial use of the tennis complex coming out from the present situation and to make proposals how to make its functioning better. The theoretical part of the work is interested in organizing sport activities in the Czech Republic. The ways of getting financial support of sport are mentioned there. Furthermore, I covered the area of sport business based on skilled trades.I used research methods to achieve the aim. First the method of an interview helped me to clarify the current situation in the area and to get the basic information about its functioning. On the basis of an interview I assembled a SWOT analysis anylyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company. I used competitive analysis to learn about the competition in the region. I also used questionnaires to obtain information about customer¨s opinions and aspirations. I made several proposals on the better use of the campus. The most important seems to be the proposal of building a minigolf course – adventure golf. The work can be continued by concentrating on the project of such a course construction. I believe that the development of my bachelor work can be useful for the PTA owner and I hope that my suggestions will help him.
