Budova obecního úřadu - Holasovice

Abstract

The thesis deals with the development of documentation for construction of the municipal authority building in Holasovice. The building was designed to fit into a new urban concept, that reforms an unused agricultural yard in the heart of the village of Holasovice, into its new community center with possibilities of inhabitation, entertainment and service businesses. Dominanting feature of this square creates new municipal authoritiy building. The basis for the project were several personal visits, cooperation with local mayor and municipal council, maps, historical development of the yard and other additional researches and analysis of the surroundings. The bachelor thesis is a summary of all identified circumstances, the applicable rules, regulations and standards.
