Analýza částic uvolněných do maziva při provozu motoru

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce řeší problematiku částic uvolněných do maziva při provozu motoru. V první části práce jsou shrnuty a popsány jednotlivé metody pro analýzu motorových olejů, vhodná přídavná aditiva a také shrnutí motorových olejů, se kterými se můžeme nejčastěji setkat. Především, je ale první část práce zaměřena na jednotlivé typy opotřebení a otěrové částice, které jsou blíže vysvětleny. Druhá část bakalářské práce se zabývá možností využití ferrografie a jejím přínosem pro motorové soustavy.

This thesis addresses the issue of particles released into the lubricant during engine operation. In the first part of this work are summarized and described various methods for analysis of motor oils, suitable additional additives, as well as summaries of motor oils with which most often encountered. Above all, but the first part of this work focused on the different types of wear and wear particles, which are further explained below. The second part deals with the possibility of using ferrografie and its contribution to the motor system.
