Využití odpadního materiálu z pražcového podloží

Abstract

This thesis gives closer image insight into processes of phytoremediation and also comments role of hyperaccumulator plants and factors, which have positive or negative impacts on phytoremediation. There is also mentioned sleeper subsoil topic, because contaminated samples, which were used during experiment, came from that. Experiment was realized with three different mixtures, which contained substrate, contaminated soil and compost; there were blinded-sample, too. Plants were controlled during all process and afterward mixtures were analysed and then results were interpreted.
