Finanční a ekonomické hodnocení investiční stavby – Jižní obchvat Opavy

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je hodnocení investiční stavby „Silnice II/461 Jižní obchvat města Opavy“. Pro hodnocení efektivnosti uvedené stavby byly použity analýzy finanční a ekonomická a v jejich rámci nákladově výnosové metody se srovnáním souhrnných nákladů jak na výstavbu, provoz, údržbu a opravy, tak nákladů potřebných na realizaci této investice. Z vypočtených hodnot uvedených analýz vyplývá, že projekt je z finančního hlediska neefektivní, ale je ekonomicky efektivní a za daných kritérií a předpokladů jej lze považovat za celospolečensky přínosný.

The object of this graduation thesis is an evaluation of an investment project – a Southern Bypass of the City of Opava. Both financial and economic analyses were used to evaluate the effectiveness of this construction and within their framework a cost-yield method together with expense comparisons for construction, operation, services and repair, as well as for the expenses accrued in realization of this investment project. With regart to the results of these analyses it stands to reson that this project is inffective in financial terms, however, it is effective economically and therefore can be considered socially beneficial under the assigned circumstances.
