Analýza a vizualizace epidemiologických dat

Abstract

Diplomová práce analyzuje možné využití pokročilých metod pro analýzu dat nad epidemiologickymi daty. V první části práce jsou popsány metody pro selekci a extrakci atributů, tyto metody jsou rozděleny do jednotlivých kategorii, kde jsou dále rozebírány. Rovněž se věnuje metodám analýze dat, a to shlukování, klasifikace/regrese a asociačním pravidlům. Praktická část je na začátku zaměřena na vizualizaci zpracovávaných dat a explorativní analýze. Následně je provedeno několik experimentů za použití selekce atributů a metod pro analýzu dat.

The master thesis analyses the possible use of advanced methods for data analysis over epidemiological data. In the first part of the thesis, methods for feature selection and feature extraction, which are described, these methods are divided into different categories where they are further describe. It also describe the data analysis methods specifically clustering, classification/regression and association rules. The practical part initially focuses on visualization of the processed data and exploratory analysis. Then several experiments are performed using feature selection and data analysis methods.
