Studie vlivu globálního harmonizovaného systému na stanovení zóny havarijního plánování

Abstract

The diploma thesis is aimed to analyze the impact of the global harmonized system (GHS) of dangerous chemicals classification on the facilities operators, as stated by the Act No. 59/2009 of Coll., on Major-Accident prevention as based on the up-dated proposal of notification and risk analysis. The analysis of emergency zone planning follows. The production company sets and example of the possible effect of the new classification system on duties of an operator as stated by the law on major accidents prevention.
