dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o hodnocení efektivnosti již realizované investice. V úvodní části jsou představeny společnosti TITANUM a.s. a AXA truck a.s. a předmět jejich činnosti. Následuje teoretický popis základních metod pro hodnocení efektivnosti investic. V další části je charakterizována konkrétní investice – servisní centrum. Součástí je také vlastní hodnocení efektivnosti investice. Práce je zakončena závěrečným shrnutím.cs
dc.description.abstractDiese Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Bewertung der Effektivität einer schon realisierten Investition. In der Einleitung der Diplomarbeit sind die Gesellschaften TITANUM AG und AXA truck AG und ihre Aktivitätsgegenstände vorgestellt. Danach folgt eine theoretische Beschreibung der Grundmethoden für die Bewertung der Investitionseffizienz. Im Fortführend die konkrete Investition - Service Zentrum - beschrieben. Ein Bestandteil der Arbeit ist auch eigene Bewertung der Investitionseffizienz. Die Diplomarbeit ist mit einem Schlusszusammenfassung beendet.en
