Návrh a analýza investičního projektu ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou investičního projektu zařazení nové regulační řady s expanzní turbínou do regulační stanice plynu a hodnocením jeho efektivnosti ve společnosti ŽDB GROUP a.s.. Tato investice přinese společnosti v budoucnu úsporu v nákladech na energii.

Hodnocení efektivnosti investice je prováděno na prvních deset let životnosti expanzní plynové turbíny. Jsou použity standardní metody analýzy efektivnosti jako jsou doba návratnosti, čistá současná hodnota, index ziskovosti a vnitřní výnosové procento a je počítáno i s rizikem.

Přínosem této diplomové práce pro společnost ŽDB GROUP a.s. by mělo být zhodnocení investičního projektu, který hodlá uskutečnit. Všechny výpočty ukázaly investici jako výhodnou pro společnost ŽDB GROUP a.s.. Investice se vrátí, a její realizace zvýší hodnotu společnosti.

Diplomová práce má sloužit společnosti ŽDB GROUP a.s. jako podklad v jejím investičním rozhodování. Pokud by se řídila touto prací, projekt by měl být přijat, jelikož je pro společnost výhodný. Konečně rozhodnutí ovšem mohou ovlivnit okolnosti, které nejsou v práci zaznamenány a nebo mi nebyly poskytnuty.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the investment project of insertion of new regulatory line with a new expansion turbine into a regulatory gas station and it also deals with the assessment of its efficiency in the company ŽDB GROUP a.s. This investment will bring savings in expenses for energy to the company.

The assessment of the investment efficiency is carried out for the first ten years of the expansion gas turbine lifetime. Standard methods of efficiency analysis are used, such as the payback period, net present value, profitability index and inner revenue ratio and risk is also taken into account.

The benefit of this diploma thesis for ŽDB GROUP a.s. should be the assessment of the investment project which the company intends to realize. All the showed the investment to be advantageous for the company ŽDB GROUP a.s. The investment will pay off to the company and its realization will raise the value of the company.

The diploma thesis should serve as the groundwork for the company ŽDB GROUP a.s. in its decision making. If the company followed this work, the project should be accepted because it is advantageous for the company. However, the final decisions can be influenced by circumstances which are not covered in the work or by the fact I was not provided with sufficient data for the right decision.
