Abstract
This thesis is focused on production control in automotive company BRANO a.s. Company BRANO a.s. and theoretical bases of the topic are introduced in the theoretical part of this thesis. In the practice part of thesis there is analysis of production control in company
and identification of problems. Further it was performed the analysis of value stream
on chosen segment of production. It was suggested the actions and recommendation
for elimination of bottle neck and reduction of lead time inclusive economical aspect.
