Abstract

This thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the current state of corporate social responsibility in society, as it is a rapidly emerging trend in the field of management which becomes an integral part of the future management and operation of any business. Therefore, the aim of this work is to analyze all the social responsibility of the enterprise and also identify stakeholders and familiarity with international standards. The practical part is focused on evaluating the economic sphere, social and environmental CSR and in case of deficiencies, on a design of recommendations the company lacks in the concept of CSR.
