Abstract

Subject of my thesis are factors which influencing customer when purchasing a bicycle. The main objective was determine, which factors are for customer important, where is customer searching the information about bicycles and which financial resources is he content for purchasing a bicycle. For the research was used the method of questionnaire. In the theoretical part of my thesis I explainded outlines of key concepts which are important. Such like determination of marketing, marketing mix, sports, the purchasing behaviour of customers or factors which influencing customers when purchase, I also described the main categories of bicycles. The practical part is devoted to the research, whose results are presented on graphs and tables. In conclusion, I evaluate the results of an investigation with recommendations for sellers and also customers.
