Strategická analýza divizionálního podniku

Abstract

The goal of the diploma thesis „Strategic Analysis of Divisional Company“ is a identification and evaluation of the choosen factors of external and internal environment of the company and on basic of the SWOT analysis define a competitive position and propose measures leading to a more efficient operation of the company. In the theoretical part will be presented choosen methods, which are used in strategic analysis. After that SWOT analysis will be characterized. In the practical part choosen methods will be used for analysis of selected company and on basic of the outputs of choosen aplicated methods it will be drawn up new, appropriate strategy of the company.
