Abstract

This thesis deals with the possibilities of desorption of ions Zn (II) from sorption innovative materials. The goal is to become acquainted with biosorption and desorption processes. To remove ions Zn (II) of the sample is used biosorbents pilot activated biomass from leaves and stems of Japanese knotweed invading plants (Reynoutria japonica). Decisions on the suitability of the biosorbents was verified by determining its sorption capacity and capture rate of zinc. To activate the binding sites of the cell wall of Japanese knotweed (Reynoutria japonica), the samples chemically activated with sulfuric acid, H2SO4. It was used as activating and desorption agent.
