Analýza hospodaření příspěvkových organizací v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with semi–budgetary organization established by higher territorial self-governing unit. The aim of thesis is to outline basic view of function semi-budgetary organization and legislation relating to their activities. In the first part is mentioned basic information about higher territorial self-governing unit, his authorities and relation with semi-budgetary organization. Next is concisely mentioned semi-budgetary organization established by organizational unit of the state. A substantial part of the work is focused on establishment and extinction of semi-budgetary organization, main and auxiliary activities, economy and funding of organization. Subsequently obtained theoretical knowledge are applied on concrete semi-budgetary organization. In conclusion is described overall rating economy of specific organization.
