Zhodnocení investičního projektu v podniku působícím ve dřevozpracujícím průmyslu

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of investment in a company operating in the wood processing industry. This is an investment project, the subject of which is the purchase of a new multifunctional line for wood processing. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part defines the theoretical and methodological basis and tries to capture the essence of the issue. It clarifies the basic concepts, criteria, methods and indicators that are used in the practical part of the work. The second part firstly focuses on the presentation of the selected company and the industry in which it operates. The following is a detailed description of the investment under consideration, together with possible financing methods. The content of the third part is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project using selected dynamic methods, which are calculated for different financing options. Furthermore, the investment risk of the project is evaluated and quantified, including sensitivity analysis.
