Posouzení vlivu strategického rozhodnutí na prosperitu podniku

Abstract

The goal of the thesis is to analyse effect of the strategic judgement, thus contracts for the provision of comprehensive and contributory care on prosperity of The Spa Lednice. Theoretical part is focused on strategic managament, dealing with contributory organizations and financial analyses. The next part is devoted to managament of The Spa Lednice. The thesis describes characteristic of The Spa Lednice along with analysis of capacity utilization and analysis of returned proposals on comprehensive and contributory care. The main part presents financial analysis, which consist of horizontal and vertical analysis as well as financial ratio analysis. The final part shows the assess of acquired results and certain suggestions, which would lead to better prosperity of The Spa Lednice.
