Abstract
The bachelor thesis analyses the competition of the selected enterprise, which is situated on the sale of silver jewellery through the online environment. The aim of the work is to assess the market position of the selected company and its competitiveness and then to propose new parameters that could lead to its strengthening. The theoretical part is devoted to analytical procedures and in particular to the strategy-making process. The practical part consists of the implementation of the theoretical part of the procedures and analyses the current level of competitiveness of the selected undertaking on the basis of analyses carried out. The final chapter deals with proposals and recommendations.
