Abstract

Thesis focuses on debt collection in the execution procedure. The second chapter describes the law of debenture and the contraction process. Factures of execution in the Czech Republic as well as in the European Union are introduced in the next chapter. Statistical data of executory activities is included in the fourth chapter. The procedure of writ of execution by decision to sell the company - stock company, is described in the practical part. In the sixth chapter the execution procedure of the debt is evaluated from the standpoint of time and outstanding amount. At the end a recommendation of how to proceed when choosing the method of execution is mentioned.
