KAIZEN - neustálé zlepšování procesů

Abstract

The aim of thesis is analysis current state offering improvement suggestions in a company BRANO GROUP, a. s. especially in strategic business units DS and Tools. The aim is made a suggestion how to increase number of offering improvement suggestion, increasing information clarity in the records.

It consists of two parts, theoretic and practical passage. Theoretic passage contains explaining philosophy KAIZEN, main definitions and systems. Practical passage is devoted to suggestion system in the company BRANO GROUP, a. s. At first it is described the state of improvement activity in the company and then it is evaluated annual savings of chosen improvement suggestions.

All suggestions and recommendations, which refer to improvement suggestion system, are maked from analysis current state and from dialogs with employees of company.
