Abstract

The aim of the graduation thesis is to propose a new usage of military warehouse complex in Martin. The proposal is made up by form of territorial study and contains the urban proposal of given locality, transport solution, technical infrastructure and common public places / greenery, benches, litter bins, etc./. The study is worked out on a base of urban and technical conditions in the locality and considers nearby surrounding and city demands. The thesis also contains disposal solution of the area at present and in future state, summary of technical report, economic calculation and reason of proposal solution. There are mentioned possible ways of usage in the proposal, where one of them is made up to final form. Conclusion contains all achieved aims of the graduation thesis.
