Organizace a řízení sportovní akce

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to describe organization, management of the sports event and the process of the sports event itself and to propose suggestions to remedy any deficiencies and to improve the event in the future. The first chapter of the thesis is focused on defining theoretical concepts that are closely related to organizing the sports event. The main concepts are management, marketing, sponsoring, advertising and project management in sports field. Second chapter describes individual phases of the event, textual and graphical interpretation of a questionnaire and the SWOT analysis. The final section summarizes the results of the event analysis with proposals and recommendations for future years.
