Abstract
The objective of this diploma thesis is design of footbridge made of weathering steel. Supporting structure of footbridge is made of two arch trusses and roadway below. The diploma thesis describes design of footbridge, load calculation and assessement of truss members and selected details. Part of the diploma thesis is background research of possibilities of usage of weathering steels for footbridges‘ constructions
