Připravenost vodní nádrže Šance

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit připravenost VD Šance na mimořádné události, ale i jiné bezpečnostně významné události. Začátek práce je věnován popisu samotné hráze, její hystorii a účelu. Následně jsou popsány situace, které by momentálně měli negativní vliv na zabezpečení dodávek pitné vody. Praktická část je věnována manipulačnímu řádu vodního díla a rozhovoru s hrázným VD Šance, ve které je honocena připravenost na základě dat a odpovědí týkající se konkrétně VD Šance. Závěr práce je věnován definici silnýcch a slabých stránek, společně s návrhem opatření ke zefektivnění systému.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess the preparedness of the VD Šance for emergencies, but also for other security significant events. The beginning of the thesis is devoted to the description of the dam itself, its hystory and purpose. Subsequently, situations that would currently have a negative impact on the security of drinking water supply are described. The practical part is devoted to the handling regulations of the dam and an interview with the dam operator of the Šance hydroelectric dam, in which preparedness is assessed based on data and answers related specifically to the Šance hydroelectric dam. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the definition of strengths and weaknesses, together with the proposal of measures to make the system more efficient.
