Abstract
This thesis deals with the topic of e-Government and is addressed in terms of the Regional Authority of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The aim of this study was to evaluate the benefits of eGovernment projects and utilization of data boxes for the period 2009-2012 in terms of the Regional Authority of the Moravian-Silesian Region. One chapter is devoted primarily theoretical conditions eGovernment. The next chapter describes the characteristics of the Regional Authority, where the basic institutions of the region are named. The following chapter describes the use of data messages.
