Urbanistická studie nového využití bývalého fotbalového hřiště v Bohumíně

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on finding a new usage of former footbal pitch in Bohumin. On basis of obtained informations about the area and requirements by city hall, two different drafts of area usage have been created. First draft is focused on using the area for educational center Natura 2000, including restaurant. Second draft is finding solution about using this area for buildings related to bussiness without disturbing impact on the neighborhood. First of the drafts is more utilized, including technical and traffic infrastructure and economical evaluation.. Thesis consists of a text part with attachments and a drawning part.
