Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on Evaluation of the Employee Benefits System in a Chosen Organization. The purpose of the bachelor thesis is propose solutions and improvements with using analysis of employee benefits. The bachelor thesis consists of theoretical part, where is described reward management, theory of employee benefits and current trends in providing employee benefits. The practical part consists of basic information about company, history of company and description of the current systém of employee benefits. Then was realized questionnaire survey and in a last part were made proposals and recommendations to improve current system of employee benefits based on informations from each part of bachelor thesis.
