Analýza naplňování cílů udržitelného rozvoje ve výrobním sektoru v provozu pivovaru

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of sustainable development, specifically the analysis of the fulfillment of sustainable development goals by an industrial enterprise, a brewery. The theoretical part deals with the concept, history and goals of sustainable development and the implementation of sustainable development strategy in the Czech Republic. In the practical part, the brewery is introduced, an analysis of the sustainable development goals is performed, the goals are evaluated and proposals for improving their fulfillment are recommended for selected goals. The analysis is based on a comparison of information from Agenda 2030 and information obtained from a visit of the brewery and consultation with the brewer.
