Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá rozvojem možností komunikace mezi veřejností a emergentními složkami, zejména pak jejich významem z hlediska použití moderních a netradičních způsobů v závislosti na dnešním světě. Hlavním cílem této práce je, seznámit čtenáře s těmito možnostmi, popsat jejich řešení, včetně výhod a nevýhod jejich provozu. Dále se práce zabývá rozvojem v této oblasti, popisuje a porovnává systémy komunikace používané u nás a v zahraničí a navrhuje případná řešení pro náš fungující systém. Kromě řešení hlavního cíle této práce je zde v počátečních kapitolách i stručné uvedení do dané problematiky a důvody, proč je nutné toto téma stále řešit.

This thesis is concerned with the development of communication possibilities between the public and the emergency services, especially their significance in terms of the use of modern and unconventional ways, depending on the current world. The main aim of this thesis is to familiarize the reader with these options, describe their solutions, including the advantages and disadvantages of their use. Furthermore, the work is concerned with the development in this field, describes and compares the communication systems used in our country and abroad and suggests possible solutions for our functional system. Apart from solving of the main aim, is there in the early chapters a brief of introduction to this issue and the reasons why it is still necessary to solve it.
