Implementace normy ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 ve vybrané zkušební laboratoři

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na implementaci normy ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2018 v Centru Zkušeben firmy ENVIFORM a.s. Cílem byla identifikace změn v normě oproti starší verzi a dále zaměření se na tyto změny. V první části diplomové práce se nachází teorie a definice týkající se technické normalizace, organizací spojených s laboratořemi a uvažování na základě rizik. Součástí teoretické části je rovněž porovnání normy z roku 2018 s normou z roku 2005. V praktické části je popsáno Centrum Zkušeben firmy ENVIFORM a.s., dále je zde popsán proces zkoušení, na jehož základě byl vytvořen vývojový diagram. Velká část je určená identifikaci a posouzení rizik týkajících se procesu zkoušení. Dalším bodem je definování zkušebních metod. V praktické části se nachází také aktualizace obsahu Příručky Kvality a je zde řešena problematika softwaru zkušebních strojů. V poslední podkapitole praktické části se nachází další doporučení pro Centrum Zkušeben, které jsou spojené s rozdíly mezi starou a novou verzí normy.

This thesis focused on implementation ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2018 in the Center of Testing of ENVIFORM a.s. company. The aim was to identify changes in the standard against the older version and to focus on these changes. In the first part of the thesis there are theories and definitions related to technical standardization, laboratories and risk-based thinking. The theoretical part also compares the standard from 2018 with the 2005 standard. In the practical part is described Center of Testing Rooms of ENVIFORM a.s., there is also described the process of testing, on the basis of which the flowchart was created. Much of this is for identifying and assessing risks related to the testing process. The next point is defining test methods. In the practical part there is also an update of the content of the Quality Manual and the issue of testing machine software is solved here. In the last section of the practical section there is another recommendation for the Center of Testing, which is connected with the differences between the old and the new version of the standard.
