Flotace černouhelných kalů

Abstract

This diploma work deals with floatation of carboniferous sludges. In theoretic parts are circumscribed common principles of floatation, incidence and partition of floatation surfactants, conditions and factors influencing flotation course of the process and itself floatation course of the process. Aim of work is investigation incidence of two floatation surfactants that there are most often used in concentrators in CR and Poland - Montanol 551 (Belgian floatation agent that is most often used in the Poland) and Flotalex NX (Czech product in common used in the CR). Floatation agents were approved on three samples of coal from mines Szczyglowice, Jankowice and Knurow (Poland). Best results were achieved with floatation surfactant of Montanol 551 behind these floatation conditions: dose of floatation collector 500g/t, optimum floatation time 5 minutes, were gained concentrates with ash content below 20%. Floatation tests were realized in laboratory of VŠB – TU Ostrava.
