Abstract

Thesis supervisor Ing. Petr Mynarčík, Ph.D. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to solve a real problem from construction practice, designing a steel structure that will be safe and economical. This construction will replace the existing supporting system of the roof of the hall building we examined from the 1960s. As part of this work, we will recalculate the load of the building, determine the internal forces, assess the steel structure, its joints and determine the load-bearing capacity of the current reinforced concrete column according to the standards and design principles and perform drawing documentation.
