Analýza ekonomické situace podniku v insolvenčním řízení

Abstract

The thesis entitled „The Economic Situation Analysis of Company in Insolvency Proceedings“ deals with insolvency proceedings of the debtor Henniges Automotive Ltd.

The aim of the thesis was to reveal the moment of the initial signal and cause of bankruptcy.

The theoretical part explains the terms and quantities, which are afterwards applied in the practical part.

The practical part focuses on description of the development of insolvency petitions and the moment of the initial detection of the bankruptcy signal.

The final section presents proposals and recommendations to those entities that do not want to end up like Henniges Automotive Ltd., i.e. in bankruptcy.
