Návrh polyfunkčního domu na nároží ulic Pobialova x Stodolní v Moravské Ostravě

Abstract

Subject of this thesis is to develop a proposal for a multifunctional building on the corner and Stodolni Pobialova in Moravian Ostrava. The thesis is developed in a range of documentation for planning. This documentation contains solutions to the object itself is a multifunctional building, utilities, parking areas, furniture and other functions, in two variants. The documentation is divided into text and the drawing part.

Emphasis was placed on the natural incorporation of the building into the city's historical zone, also address architectural expression undeveloped corner of the streets and solutions that would bring together areas of housing and commercial space applications with an emphasis on the functional layout of the building. In both cases, the solution to achieve access to the facility for people with limited mobility.
