Abstract

This document presents the list of conditions for financing of waterworks projects and their fulfilment, for the purpose of drawing subsidy funds from the EU Operational Programs for the environmental protection. The document has two parts. Theoretical, concerned with the conditions of the subsidy for selecting the infrastructure manager, pricing structure and rules to govern the sustainability and supervision of the project. In the second part, the theoretical knowledge is applied on a particular case of subsidy recipient from the EU Operational Programs for the environmental protection, for installation of the sewer infrastructure and the resulting conclusion.
