Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Olomouc. The apartment building has one underground floor and four above-ground floors. The underground floor contains technical facilities and the above-ground floors are residential. In each of the above-ground floors there are two residential units. The apartment building is covered with a hipped roof. The text part contains a technical report, a thermal technical assessment of the envelope, an energy label of the building envelope and a static calculation of the wooden truss and the IPN steel rolled profile. The drawings part contains a study of the commissioned building and drawings for the construction.
