This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of safety culture and the issue of physical security in the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. The theoretical part of the work clarifies each concept separately and then focuses on the comparison of these concepts. The practical part of the work consists of socio-safety research to evaluation the level of safety culture in the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant.
