Abstract

UNUCKOVÁ, A.: Family house with studio in Slezská Ostrava, Bachelor´s Thesis, Ostrava: VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture 226, 2026. Supervisor: Ing. arch. Lucie Videcká. The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is elaboration of project documentation for the execution of a building in accordance with Act No. 131/2024 [13] Coll., on building documentation. The design of the family house was developed based on a study in Design Studio 1 led by Ing. arch. et Ing. Daniel Vaněk, and subsequently elaborated in Design Studio 5 and the Bachelor´s Thesis Seminar under the guidance of Ing. arch. Lucie Videcká and Ing. Marcela Halířová, Ph.D. The object of the design is a family house with studio in Slezská Ostrava. The bachelor´s thesis consists of textual and a drawing part. The textual documentation contains an accompanying report, a summary report, and a technical report on the building. The appendices include the drawing part with partial documentation for the execution of the building, detail drawings, and an architectural detail of the interior staircase.
