Hodnocení efektivnosti investice ve společnosti TATRA TRUCKS a.s.

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je hodnocení efektivnosti investice pro společnost TATRA TRUCKS a. s. V první části je popsána charakteristika společnosti od historie až po výjimečnou tatrováckou koncepci automobilu. Dále jsou vymezena teoretická východiska, kde je charakterizován pojem investice, zdroje financování, investiční projekty a popsány metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Praktická část je věnována zhodnocení efektivnosti výroby nosných rour, kde jsou stanoveny kapitálové výdaje a příjmy z investice a pomocí vybraných metod je provedeno vyhodnocení efektivnosti investice. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit zamýšlenou investici této společnosti a zjistit, zda tato investice je výhodná nebo naopak.

The topic of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of investments for company as TATRA TRUCKS. The first part describes the characteristics of the company from history to exceptional Tatra concept car. There is also defined the theoretical background, which is characterized by the concept of investment, sources of financing, investment projects and described methods of evaluating the effectiveness of investments. The practical part is dedicated to the evaluation of the effectiveness of supporting the production of pipes, where are described capital expenditures and income from investments and by using of selected methods there is an evaluation of the effectiveness of investments. The aim of this work is to evaluate the intended investment of the company and find out whether this investment is beneficial or vice versa.
