Hodnocení deformace elektrostimulačního impulzu v závislosti na změně impedance kůže

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to assess the impedance effects of measured subjects acting on the course of the neurostimulation pulse using different types of devices and electrodes. Two neurostimulation devices with different types of pulse sources and settings were applied for the measurement. A total of 3 subjects were measured. One of the points of the work is also the evaluation of the process depending on the type of used electrode. Two types of active electrodes were utilized for the measurement. The task was processed on the basis of informations obtained during the theoretical and research part. The chosen program for calculation and graphic processing was Matlab. The results display and compare the waveforms of individual pulses and their calculated values. It also aims to familiarize and consolidate current progress. Furthermore, the aim is to acquaint and summarize current progress and studies dealing with electrical stimulation using different methods and different types of devices.
