Abstract

The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to develop the technological part and design a sloping roof for an apartment building in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The bachelor's thesis consists of an accompanying report, summary technical report, drawing part of project documentation at the level of documentation for issuing a building permit, technical report of architectural-construction solution, technological equipment, technological procedure for roof implementation, equipment on construction site necessary for roof realization, item roof budget, roof implementation schedule and thermal technical assessment of the ceiling structure under the unheated attic - above the heated part of the building. The bachelor's thesis deals with the new construction of a three-storey non-basement apartment building, detached. The apartment building has five apartments, technical rooms, each apartment has its own cellar. The individual floors are connected by a monolithic reinforced concrete staircase, the exit to the attic space is secured by retractable attic stairs. The apartment building is based on reinforced concrete strips, the gable roof is made of folded concrete. Load-bearing and non-load-bearing masonry and ceilings will be made in the Porotherm system.
